Terms of Service

Paged is a product of Zero Hour Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and Zero Hour Ventures, LLC when you use getpaged.ai or the Paged service. Using either means you accept them.

The service

Paged answers calls your shop misses, texts the caller back, and pages you until someone picks up. Missed leads show up on a dispatch board you can sign into. Paged is a tool that helps you respond faster — it does not guarantee that any caller becomes a customer, and we don't promise any particular result.

Paged depends on phone carriers and other networks we do not control. Calls and messages can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our hands, so please don't rely on Paged as your only way of hearing about urgent or emergency work.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for anyone you invite onto your shop. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gotten in.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Paged to send unsolicited, unlawful, or misleading messages
• Enter phone numbers belonging to people who haven't agreed to hear from your business
• Break the law, including telemarketing and consumer-protection rules
• Interfere with the service, or try to reach parts of it you're not meant to

You're responsible for having the consent you need before Paged texts anyone on your behalf.

Messaging terms

These are the terms for text messages sent by Paged.

What you're signing up for

When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Paged about your account and your business: a notice the day Paged becomes available in your area, alerts when your shop misses a call, and messages about your account and support requests.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.Before launch, expect only an occasional message. Once your shop is live, you'll get a message each time Paged catches a call you missed — so the number depends on your own call volume.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Paged does not charge you for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOPto any Paged message to stop receiving them. We will send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and then nothing further unless you sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getpaged.ai.

Stopping texts may limit what Paged can do for you — paging you about a missed call is the product, so opting out effectively turns off the alerts you signed up for.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and not all handsets or carriers support every message type.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paged is free while you're on the waiting list. If and when we start charging, we'll tell you the price before you owe anything, and you can walk away rather than pay it.

Cancelling

You can stop using Paged whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service, and we'll give reasonable notice where we practically can.

Disclaimers and liability

Paged is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to Paged is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Pasco County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you directly. Continuing to use Paged after a change means you accept it.
