Privacy Policy

Paged is a product of Zero Hour Ventures, LLC(“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use getpaged.ai or the Paged service, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list or request an audit, you give us:

• Your name and your shop's name
• Your mobile number, and optionally your shop's phone number
• Your trade and how many trucks you run
• Anything you type into the notes field

Once Paged is running for your shop, the service also handles records of calls your shop misses — caller number, time, a recording or transcript of the voicemail, and what our classifier made of it — so we can page you and show the lead on your dispatch board.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages lead to signups. It sets cookies and records general information like page addresses, approximate region, and browser type. We deliberately do not send your name, shop name, or phone number to Google — only non-identifying details like trade and fleet size.

How we use it

• To text you when Paged becomes available, if you asked us to
• To run the service: catching missed calls and paging you about them
• To answer you when you contact us
• To keep the service working, secure, and free of abuse

Phone numbers and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the messaging providers we use to deliver the messages you asked for.

You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP. Full messaging terms are at Messaging Terms.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with vendors who run parts of the service on our behalf, and only as far as they need it:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, databases, and outbound email
• Twilio — phone numbers, calls, and text messages
• Google Analytics — website traffic measurement

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep waiting-list details until you ask us to delete them or until it's clear we're not going to do business. Service records — leads, call details — are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records and legal obligations.

Your choices

Email us at support@getpaged.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can opt out of texts by replying STOPto any message, and out of Google Analytics with Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Children

Paged is a tool for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above, and we'll tell you directly if the change is significant.
